High Level Process Overview

Procurement Specialist presents personalized quote depending on initial consultation findings and needs
Client digitally chooses system and optional accessories
Ticket gets handed off to our Client Experience Liaison for scheduling and installation
CEL coordinates on site installation and the other particulars involving a new workstation
Onboarding Specialist prepares the new unit per internal processes and checklists
CEL then coordinates a live post install session with the end user and one of our techs to go over their software and settings and make any adjustments if needed
A follow up is made within a few days to make sure everything is set and user loves their new toy
