The Experience Liaison covers several different key areas that mostly involve the “icing on the cake” but not the cake itself. Some technical tasks that fall outside of everyday trouble tickets require extra hand holding and coordination to make sure the user experience is good and expectations are managed.
That’s where our Experience Liaison comes in, to make sure all the T’s are crossed and i’s are dotted in a non-technical sense.
