The support portal that all clients are provided with integrates into Microsoft Teams. Instead of fumbling around for a number or email address anyone can go right to Microsoft Teams for help as you can see from the screenshot below. From there they can create a ticket, see the status of tickets and many other things that just makes it easy.
A desktop tray app is also installed on all windows PC computers that connects to the support portal as well. Easily create tickets, requests services and search for KB articles. It eliminates the need and frustration of asking for help when needed.
There is still an “old fashioned” support email available that anyone can create a ticket with. In times of emergency someone can call the main office number and speak with our Client Concierge, state it’s an emergency and get their issue escalated.
