What type of proposal can I expect after booking the call?
We’ll create a proposal based on the numbers you provided but it’s understood they could be estimated.
The proposal quantities can easily be adjusted after the initial call.
What if I just want to have an initial conversation?
No problem, the call will also be a discovery call and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
If you are still interested we’ll reschedule a new call to review the proposal.
What are the contract terms of your support plans?
You have a choice of month to month or an annual term so it’s completely up to you.
Will I be under any obligation at all after our consultation?
Absolutely not! After our discovery call and presentation we’ll send you a proposal in writing or schedule a 2nd follow up call if you wish.
Do we make in person service calls or work remotely only?
Yes you can get in person visits at your office when required or requested.
However most work and tickets can be attended to remotely.
Do we provide service on weekends?
Yes we have a remote tech on call and at the ready both Saturday and Sunday.
Do we sell computers and other hardware?
Yes we do and it’s for our managed IT clients only.
We don’t do any white labeling at all so only brand name computers and hardware are quoted along with 3 year warranties.

Unlike a smaller service where you have 1 person filling multiple positions, we have a well structured staff assignment.
This allows each member of our team to put their time and attention into their duties and not juggle various work items that are not in their wheelhouse.
Do we offer any kind of SLA?
The SLA depends on the monthly package you sign up for but yes we do and those terms are spelled out in our proposal.
Rest assured that when you have an emergency it will be attended to quickly and taken care of.
